NO RESPONCE FROM THEM IN 4 WEEKS REG NEW ACCOUNT

On the 19th of Jan 2014 I went to Edgars with my fianc? as he wanted to open his own Edgars account as I already have my own. we supplied there accounts department with all the details they have asked for including copies of ID and phy. add. its now going on the 4th week where we have had no response from Edgar's to state whether or not the acc. has been approved. its such bad service that I am considering closing my account as I do not want to deal with people who do not want to assist a customer who is wanting to spend money at there place of business. the Lady was rude and lazy and made us feel very unwelcome whilst we were there.
im going there this weekend again to tell them to please not ever bother with this anymore as my account was approved 4 years ago when I was only earing 3500 pm. THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
