This is now my 3rd complaint for the same problem. I have tried to 'update' my U Count rewards online, called the call center etc. On my previous HP complaint a lady called me in early Jan 2014 to "update" all my details so I can actually redeem my points. WHAT A SURPRISE when I actually tried to redeem points to pay for a purchase yesterday at Cresta - my details was NOT AGAIN updated and I cannot use the points! I was told at the purchase point to go to customer care. I waited in a long queue and your staff at Cresta obviously don't have a care for customers. They were too busy helping fellow employees buy goods and chatting. When it was eventually my turn, I explained to Bongi that my details aren't updated. A fellow employee came and started to talk to her and she did not worry to help me further - it seems to be more important to talk to your friends at work than to assist a customer. I interrupted their conversation and reminded them of my assistance when Bongi gave me a look and said she was waiting for another computer (the one next to hers - which was occupied by another lady). I took my card back and told her they are useless - no customer care at all!
