Account Blocked with no communication

Approximately 2 weeks ago my account was blocked. I phoned the call centre and they explained it was for FICA purposes - very well I took all the documents to the Fourways Branch. The agent made the necessary copies of all he asked for and activated my account outright.
yesterday I discovered that my account was blocked again - this is impossible - FICA again. I went to the branch and the agent made copies again and advised that the account will be active again much later today after he got response from the office doing FICA - we have hospital bills to pay - payments to make and now this.
What happened to the smses - phone calls - emails - cant I not be notified??? Two times account blocked without a notification how can this be possible? Hear me I am not against FICA but I am against No Communication. If I do not get confirmation that this will NEVER happen again I think its time to switch over. The competitors are doing well in all regards.

I need an explanation since the agent could not explain all these issues with FICA.
