I have had ongoing issues with the OK Minimark regarding the change returned by them when purchasing items. Today I tendered R20.00 for an amount of R 18.75 the till operator returned R 1.10, I queried this and she gave me another 5c coin instead of another 15c. I addressed this with the manager (franchisee) in the store and he said that they are short of 5 c coins. However this happens on a regular basis and when addressing it with the store they make as if I'm the culprit.
