HELLO PETER
I BOUGHT A CHICKEN PIE AT THE STORE, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A CHICKEN PIE.IMAGINE MY DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN I GOT TO WORK AND REALISE THE GENTLEMAN HAD SOLD ME A MUTTON PIE AND KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A BURNT PIE.
I CALLED THE STORE AND POLITELY ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO A MR MARK./BAKERY MANAGER WHOSE FIRST RESPOND TO ME WAS CAN U NOT READ U SUPPOSE TO READ AT THE BACK AND IT TELLS YOU WHAT TYPE OF A PIE IS IT.HE WENT FOR 4 MINUTES TELLING ME IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT .THIS GUY HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.ALL I WANTED WAS A SIMPLE AM SORRY SIR IT WAS A MISTAKE.I JUST THINK IF ONE PAYS FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT
HE IS JUST SUPPOSE TO GET THAT.AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT HE GAVE ME A WRONG ITEM BUT MOSTLY BECAUSE OF HIS ATTITUDE. I MEAN IF YOU WORK FOR A WELL KNOWN RETAIL ORGANISATION LIKE OK AT LEAST TAKE OWNERSHIP AND BE RESPONSIBLE.
