I witnessed as an attendent took a customers money and returned a while later to say the money was short.
The amount that the customer paid was more then the amount that was due and should have been returned change in notes.
The attendent returned with only R300 in notes saying this is all the customer has paid, making this obvious as he was also given coins so the change returned would be exact in notes.
The customer is from Mozambique and it was obvious the attendent was taking advantage of the situation, the superviser was called and he was of no assistance.
The customer paid again and left to Mozambique.
