Firstly i went to sportscene of which no one bothered to help me as i needed a specific size of shoe and when i asked a lady there she just didnt bother assisting, i then went to totalsports and purchased two pairs of shoes on my newly opened account, this account was offered to me telephonically and i was offered vouchers too. I received my first voucher via sms which said R75 off R300, when i got to the till the cashier said that i cannot use this voucher on my stuff which amounted to R498 because im supposed to have one item amounting to R300 exactly, one pair was R299 and the other was R199, no where in my telephonic conversation or in the sms did it specify that, the cashier refused to use the voucher since my one item was R1 off and the other item didnt matter, this is truly disappointing and unacceptable
