I bought a 2way adapter on 22/11/2013 on my GAME account in Ballito. I returned the item as it was not working on Sunday 01/12/13 but could not provide my slip. I explained to the assistant that I bought it on account which would allow him to pick it up on the system. The assistant called the manager and he said they can only credit my account with R25 (items cost R30) because I can't provide a slip! They could not even do that and had to give me a voucher as they could not get into their system.
In my life I have never had a problem at any store where I have an account to return something without a slip providing I bought it on account. The did not even bother to go into my account and then to say to me that they are only refunding me R25 on a item that does not work! Absolutely ridiculous! And this is not the first time I've had a problem with this branch, this is actually the second problem in 3 weeks - the previous one the store manager offered me R100 voucher for the inconvenience. I told him I don't want a voucher, I want service! They are too lazy or ignorant to give proper service.
I would like to know how are they going to resolve this!
