Spent 30 minutes trying on jeggings from Free2bu as there was special offer advertised above the jeans section - it said R80 off for any two pairs!
Got to the counter with a pair for R199 and a pair for R149
The employee at the check-out told me they have to be the same price (however, this was not advertised!!!)
Called the manager who refused to help sort out the matter and take R80 off for me!
I walked out the store furious! Do you want to lose customers??
This is wrong on many levels:
-false advertising
-unhelpful/rude/lazy staff
EITHER FIX THE SIGN OR FIX THE PROBLEM FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND SAVE US THOSE 30MINUTES WE WON'T GET BACK!
Staff really need to be dealt with at this store, they have no idea how to please customers (you know the people who part with THEIR money at YOUR stores, the ones who should be treated with some respect! Got no apology, neither offered to help or sort something out or phone head office the next day! If you wan to find out who was on duty it was 3rd of Feb at about 6pm)
