I applied to have an account opened at Edgars after numerous tries and telephone calls in over 3 weeks. Every time I called I got a different story or was told I would be called back of which it never happened.
I decided to go to Edcon and an ever so helpful Lungile helped me to get sorted out as well as the lady on the telephone (forgot her name) who was more helpful than the others I spoke to the other times.
