Payment arrangement in place, still handed ove

E-mails are great and so are telephone calls with empty promises, but guess what Edcon, you need to address the issue on hand!!!
3 different people e-mailed me and 2 telephone calls, but no one has done anything with my responses to you, for 6 days.
It doesn't help to get the company I am complaining about to contact me when I have very clearly stated I am not willing to deal with them. My agreement is with yourselves. Also they are in breach of the NCA, all calls should be recorded!!!
This is your issue Edcon and was your decision, make a plan
