DOUBLE BILLING

I bought some stuff @the Boulders branch on the 30th of January 2014, and The cashier with the name Vivian indicated that payment didn't go through despite getting as sms from my bank that "R154.25" has been reserved for purchase @Clicks, I then asked her to process again as I wanted the goods and I got another message from the bank indicating that "R154.25" has been reserved for purchase @Clicks. The cashier told me that I will get a refund later on the 30th but I a still waiting for my money, Pls give me my money, R150 is too much 4 me, pleaaase
