Edcon reporting people incorrectly to ITC

Edcon has reported me as a slow payer with no warnings or notifications.
This is not the worst of it, I have since spoken to their customer (non) service and have been waiting approx. 4 months for a letter stating that this is their error, as admitted by their consultant over a recorded telephone conversation. To date I have requested this 4 times and been promised 4 times it will be done, I am still waiting!

Edcon continue to call me at all hours of the day, during dinner times and on occasion waking up my family at 7am on the weekends. I have had to repeat my story over and over and receive false promises with no action taken again and again.

They have now charged me R19, 38 for every call they have made! Really? Does Edcon not make enough profit off scamming people through their accounts and overcharges on interest?

Edcon seems to be in the business of ruining people financially, between not paying suppliers for up to a year and forcing their suppliers to close doors from non-payment to reporting people without warning and it seems from a quick Google search that this is common practice from this company.

Edcon is a great name for them. A company of men.
