I have huge problem with the turnaround time given by Edcon and Norman Bassett and associates.
i paid off my edgars account after been given a 35% discount (balance was settlement on the 22nd of April 2013. I keep getting the story about how my account has to be zero (rised) before i can get the settlement letter. NBA told me that this needs to be done by Edcon and i called Edcon today spoke to Kate who advised that this has been escalated to Maria who has sent an email to NBA to zero (rised) the account. I then called NBA to inform them of this and i was told by Dimakatso this would take up to 4 weeks... THIS IS ABSURD! THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.

i need that settlement letter asap.
