Deducted twice

I went to buy shoes then on Monday when i check my bank statement i did find out was deducted twice for one pair of shoe i want my money to be reversed and i wont go the because the staff the they got bad attitude they a not willing to listen client, so i want my money to be reversed if i got the they are going to pay for my petrol i used.
