PURCHASED GOODS NOT DELIVERED

In December 2013 I ordered a Wonder cooker and received confirmation that goods were despatched on 5/12/13 ref: PFS20609741. Goods never got to me. I have made numerous calls and emails to Homechoice, both on email and phone and they said that they are tracking with their warehouse and was asked to wait for 7 days each time I call. Still nothing was received by me and each time I call it seems the whole process of querying the non- receipt starts again. Today 31/01/14 I queried again via telephone and was asked to hold on for more than 10 minutes and still nothing came out. I have spoken to the supervisors and still no one can assist. Its close to TWO months now since receipt of confirmation that goods have been sent to me. I HAVE SINCE PAID IN FULL FOR THIS WONDER COOKER . It costs me loads of time to be following up with Home Choice like this. Can someone come to my assistance please.
