I purchased a Jenny frill comforter set in September 2013. Upon receipt of the comforter, I was disappointed to discover tears in two area's. After numerous phone calls to Homechoice and a trip to the post office to hand over the defective goods, I received another comforter from Homechoice that was also defective. I once again made numerous phone calls to Homechoice who finally collected the second defective comforter and thereafter replaced the defective comforter with an incorrect comforter. Currently I am still in possession of the incorrect comforter as a result of Home choice's poor service. After making numerouse phone calls again to Homechoice at my own expense, it was agreed that i would be refunded upon collection of comforter by Homechoice. to date nothing has been done. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I have lost confidence in the service and quality of Homechoice.
