No goods was delivered

Some times ago I ordered some goods from home-choice I don't even remember what was it, it long time ago I thought this was resolved, the goods were never delivered, and I received letter of demand from them for payment, then I called home choice explaining to them that I never received any of the goods, they told me to go to police station to do an affidavit which I did but now they harassing me via letter phone calls they even call my wife, I don't now what they want from me.
