I ordered goods from HomeChoice for Christmas in plenty of time for delivery. I was called twice last Thursday to say that the parcel would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday came and went and no parcel was delivered and no call was received from the courier company explaining the delay. On Monday, I called both HomeChoice and their courier company, RPT (I think) continuously and kept getting the run around with nothing being done. It is now the day before Christmas and I still do not have my paid for goods with still no promised return phone call. Thanks to HomeChoice for spoiling my Christmas. I won't be shopping there again and I STILL need to receive my goods.
