Would like to say that I bought my action camera Drift Ghost and many accessories over last year period. This December my camera gave me so glitches, which were linked to faulty processor (as discovered by supplier)
The camera was replaced free of charge once it was 1 month out of the warranty, plus scored some extra accessories as I received a brand new box.
All businesses out there in all sectors and all sizes, please go back to basics when it comes to creating a loyal customer. Learn from the companies such as this as your case study material! :). Base you strategies on integrity, honesty instead of pure bottom line... Edgars, Discovery ...?
