I bought a camera at CNA Canal Walk on the 6th July, I returned it a week later as it was faulty. CNA informed me that it was past its 7 day swap out period and would have to be sent for repairs.
I took it to their repairs company as need the camera sorted out asap as I need it for overseas travel. A week later I fetched my camera and was told CNA needs to give me a refund or a new camera.
CNA has not yet gotten back to me about their corrective action. I have been in contact with the manager, Collette, and I have been given the run around. This is a poor reflection of CNA and I expect corrective measures.
