I bought the camera on the 5th of October 2012, usd it on the day for the matric dance, after a week or so the camera gave me an error massage"card error swich off and on" when I did that it said all the infomation will be deleted so I took the camera to the shop and I WAS GIVEN A NEW MEMORY BECAUSE THEY SAID THE ONE IN THE CAMERA has deleted all the pictures it damaged (that meant no pictures for the dance) I took the new card and used the camera again t my sisters Wedding in December and on my December holiday while we were there the camera gave that very sae eror it gave me before which meant I had no memory of any of the events of which I bought the camemra for m to keep the memory, I took the camera to the shop, I was asked why am I bringing it in January? I asked them wasd I suppose to cutt my holday short just to return the camera? and I was told the camera is fine I wont be refunded and I told them I dont want the camera anymore since it does not serve the purpose I want to know if this lawfull I want my refund
