I bought a camera a year and a half ago then the other day i tried switch it on and it says lens error so the first thing i did was take it back to Game where i bought it from, i waited the 21 day repair period and no response i had to end up calling Game to ask what was going on, they eventually came back to me and said that my camera cannot be repaired and that they would replace it with a new one, but i get to the camera display and was told that they do not make the one that i previously had and they had to give me one below mine, i am very disappointed as the new camera they gave me has a scratch on it and is does not have HD video like the previous one did and the pictures have a pink tone once taken. the box didn't even have a charger in it!!! very disappointed and angry i would have expected more from such a well known brand.
