So yesterday (29/01/2014) i went to exchange an item i bought at alberton city at maponya mall. when i got to maponya mall i explained that the garment had an extra stitch on the neck, the cashier assisted me and then called the manager thabo to authorise the exchange, when he got there he held the t-shirt up and rudely asked me what he must do with it and why didnt i take it to alberton cos this is goin to count as a loss for them. now why is that any of my concern? its ackermans shody workmanship so why the is it my business what he must do with the t-shirt? he proceeded to tell me that in future i must return damaged items to the store i bought it at. i work in alberton and stay on soweto and until there is a disclamer to that effect on your receipts, i will take the items to any ackermans store closest to me. train your managers to talk to customes properly
