I needed a new lens for my Drift camera so I went to the actiongear offices in Randburg - technically they are an online store, but it is so close to my home that I decided to just pop in. Not only did the salesman (if that is the correct term for him - unfortunately I didn't catch his name) help me with what I needed, he also went way above - checking to see that I had the most recent firmware update. He even noticed that my camera's back door was missing a little window lid and offered to sort it out for me - he ended up giving me a new door from one they had lying around, for free! If I ever need anything for my camera (or any other action gear for that matter) I will not look elsewhere. Action gear have secured my loyalty with excellent service and very reasonable pricing.
