My GoPro Hero 1 developed a rattle and upon investigation I found that the battery cover tab broke off. I emailed Action Gear and within one week David came back and told me if I am willing to pay courier fees he is willing to look at my camera, check that it is okay and replace my battery cover free of charge.

Remember, I bought this camera from another store, and it is out of warrantee.

So imagine my surprise when I get the bill for the courier only and the camera is being couriered back to me with a brand new cover. Awesome.
