In November I bought a electronic toy for my son for Christmas. On Christmas day when we open the present the toy was not working, on 27 December I took it to the closes CNA that was Trade Route Mall. The guy checked the toy and confirmed it was not working, but advise me to take it bac to Rosebank. I was unable to do so untill I returned to work. When I went to Rosebank they told me they cannot assist me as it is over 30 days, I explained to them what happened, he advise me to go back to Trade Route becuase they were supposed to help me when i was there. Were do I go now? Now I have a toy that is not working and no one that is prepare to assist...
