Hi
I visited game trade route mall yesterday looking to purchase a leap pad 2. I see the leap pad on display and asked a sales man to assist. He advised that there is no stock. He explained that they only received one and never again. Now I feel that it is unacceptable to have an item on display when u do not have stock.
I then proceeded to ask the salesman to check stock availability at order stores. He pick up that order stores do have stock but when I asked him if he can arrange for one to come to trade route mall, he advised that it is not possible.
I do not believe that this is customer service. Please advise why forward.
