No delivery, no feedback and impossible to contact

Homechoice is a store that charges an arm and a leg for their bedding. one would expect that their pricing includes good service and delivery within the 5 days, as they promise. instead 2 weeks after paying cash for my goods i am still waiting for delivery. after a week of spending time and money trying to get through to their call centre i eventually managed to get a supervisor to call me back, only to be told that they cant do delivery due to stock take? Seriously. definitely my last purchase from them.
