I bought a T-shirt at the store in the month of Feb misplaced the slip, went to Maponya mall to enquire if I wanted to change the T-shirt they explained that they couldn't be of assistance since I didn't make the purchase by them but I could go back to Trade Route and "exchange without the slip but not get a refund". Which I was fine with, the very following day I went to Trade Route to see how can they be of assistance and the very same lady who assisted me today said if only I had a slip they would do refund and I specifically told her when I bought the shirt and she told me she couldn't do my refund without the slip. I went home over the weekend found the slip and went back today to them and now that I have the slip I was told by her and Olga that I could not be refunded that I could only do an exchange or get a voucher worth the amount which I fail to understand why wasn't I assisted before without the slip when Maponya could have done it without the slip had I bought the T-shirt from them. And had it been the case that they gave me a chance to exchange I would have bought the shoes that I bought cash on the day of enquiry and now theres nothing that's worth buying for me in there
