I have been looking for a reliable and proffessional printing company. I thought I found one in Impact - Printing & Promo. I spoke to a volatile man by the name of Russel ans simply asked for 1 document to be printed. He told me the couldn't bind the document in landscape and asked if I could rework the cover. I said I would, then asked him when they could print it by, because I desparetely needed it for a meeting the next day. He said, since it was nearing 5 that evening, they would only get started at 9 the next morning and have it ready within the an hour. He also promised to send an invoice 1st thing that morning.
I sent the covers through by 7 that evening.
By 12:30 the next morning, I had heard nothing from him. I decided to phone and asked if he had recieved my covers, to which he said yes. Then I asked if he was going to send the invoice, he said he'd do it soon. Then went into a long story about a missing belt for the printing machine, saying I'd only get my document the next morning. The moment I reminded him about what we agreed, he swore at me, told me he's got bigger clients, and told me to off before hanging up.
Very Unfortunate. Never again.
