Lack of Service

On numerous occassions, the point-of-sale devices at the Lenasia Trade Route KFC do not work. There are sign on the tills which reads "Our Credit and Debit card machine is not working. We apologise for the inconvenience". Often, they do not accept cards for days and weeks on end.

Furthermore, there was an altercation between two customers, where the one customer pushed the other customers son. Security and staff just watched, and did not intervene.

I doubt anything will be done, as we are supposed to get used to poor service delivery.
