WORST SERVICE!!!

I opened an account with the Edgars Randburg Square branch around Dec 20th and i presented all the necessary documentation from proof of employment, payslips, bank statement, passport and permit. The consultant who assisted me seemed to be in a hurry to go on lunch and after i waited for more than an hour while he was busy walking up and down i was finally served and this guy requested all the documentation and i provided it. Three weeks went by with no feedback i went back and another consultant assisted me and told me the application was left half incomplete, i sat down and we went through the application process again. Two days later i receive a call from a lady who tells me they did not receive a copy of my permit and i advised her that the consultant had made copies of it. Two weeks later there is still no response and i had to go back to your branch only to be told that the application is still pending. Surely there is a competency problem with the staff or i am not valued as a client due to other reasons not known to me. This is unacceptable at any levels of servicing your clientele.
