I bought a pack of glasses that claimed it was tested and approved for Finish (dishwasher product). After one wash, the glass showed a crack between the layers of film, the other glasses was still unused. I could not find my slip or the packaging, but I thought I would go speak to the manager anyway not expecting to get a refund. The manager did not ask any questions, was very pleasant and friendly and replaced the 4 glasses plus let me keep the 3 unused ones. I was very suprised and impressed by the way my complaint was treated. Thank you for your excellent customer care.
