On 28.01.2014 I went to Foshini in Festival Mall. When entering the store I got sick to my stomach because of the state of the Store, shoes and clothes were everywhere... The store was a mess. After climbing over all the clothes I eventually got the products I was at the till point with 6 people in front of me and ONLY ONE CASHIER!!! When I eventually came to the front and asked the lady there only is one cashier at month end her response to me was that they are busy cashing up and she is just helping out. The time was then 17:15 and the store only closes at 18:00??? What really made me angry was the fact that it took 2 people to ring up 1 item?? How incompetent are these people??? This is unacceptable!! I would never ever buy from Foshini ever again, and I will advise all my friends to do the same!!!
