I was embarrassed by the cashier and the manager when I swiped my cheque card at the till the manager said I have no funds and that my card was declined. I told him it was not true cause I had checked my balance the day before. I then went straight to the bank to check and there was sufficient funds even have the statement to prove. And this not the first incident as the swiping facility always seemed to be offline on the 10th January we had to run to the bank to withdraw cash. Instead of checking the problem with the machine the cashier and management assume customers don't have money which is very bad customer service. Very disappointed
