Disrespectful and rude store manage

When in your store today to purchase two items which i wanted processed asap, I moved from a till on the floor as there was a problem and this till was going to be a while processing, I moved to the cigarette counter.

There was one lady at the counter who was busy swiping her card - which was declined.
She then swiped it again to withdraw funds, which was done. The she swiped it again to make another withdrawal. When I enquired as to how many times she was going to swipe her card and how long this was going to take I was told by the customer that the card was declined first time as she didn't know her daily limit and she was well within her rights to swipe as many times as she wanted. I said I had come to the tobacco counter as I wanted to get through quickly, and if she didn't know her daily limit she should go to the ATM. The store manager who was sitting nearby then proceeded to tell me that the customer was there beforehand and could swipe her card as many times as she wanted, and that I should be more patient. His reponse was both rude and disrepectful. I will NOT be using this store EVER AGAIN - people need to consider other people as well - we're in a shop not at a bank!
