17/12/2013 i went to reggies promenade to exchange a gift my son received 2 of i went there they refused to exchange it cos i never had a receipt obviously i wouldnt cause i got it as a gift the sales assistant asked her manager if i could swop it for something else it was said no i must have the receipt i mean really how do u ask someone a receipt of a gift i just think that is not nice never the less i get the information from my friend as to at which store it was purchased at i gave it to the sales assistant the assistant phoned N1 city branch the information matched they had the receipt on there system they said they will fax it to the branch and once they have it i can exchange the gift today is the 20/01/2014 and i still havent received any feedback as to if they received the receipt from N1 city branch i think that is just bad service, i will never purchase anything at Reggies again, its not like i wanted the cash for the gift, what must my son do with 2 items that's the same i mean really its crazy.
