Incompetent Employees at Edgars Fourways

I visited the Edgars Fourways store this weekend to exchange a gift received together with a gift receipt. I was informed by Lebo that an exchange cannot be done on a gift as this is the policy. Upon further discussion, it was evident that she was unable to process a simple request of refunding the gift and thereafter processing a new sale. It is evident that Edgars Fourways do not take the time to train their staff on simple aspects of their job. The delay was unnecessary and her attitude was pathetic. This is the second incident of poor customer service I have experienced at this store this year. To date, the manager of the store has not contacted me regarding the matter. Well done Mr Manager, your "excellent" service delivery is a shining example to your staff. The Edgars brand is being tarnished by the Fourways Mall store. "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and 5 minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you will do things differently" - Warren Buffet.
