A few weeks ago I sent someone out to Baby City for me to buy formula milk for my son since I would be out late at work. They came back with the wrong formula. I rushed there to go exchange it. I got to the door before their closing time which is 19:00. Their doors were closed and they refused to open up for me. I stood outside with my son begging them and telling them I just have to exchange. They had a cashier still operating their till so it would have been quick. I asked to speak to their manager and when she came she stood a far and screamed at me saying we closed and refused to even come close to the door. When she did she didn't even open up so we can speak properly, she screamed and said they close their doors at 19:15 which was a lie. I then gave up after having other people begging them to open up for me. I went home with the wrong formula and my son would wake up crying at night since he wants his bottle that I didn't have. I really had a bad night and my heart broken seeing my son cry like that. I always buy at Baby City but I will not be returning ever again after that incident.
