2 weeks ago, on the 4th of January 2014 I went to above mentioned Pick a Pay in Somerset West Main road to buy a tin of S26 formula milk for my baby. I went home to unpack bags, and found that the milk tin was expired beginning of November 2013. I immediately called the manager to inform them of this issue, they promised to have the situation taken care of immediately. Then I went to the Somerset Mall P.P to exchange it, and they also called the Main Road branch to sort out this situation. 2 weeks later I went to the Main road P.P again, and went to do a spot check, and the milk was still the same, with the November 2013 expiry date. I went to the manager and was told they will sort it out. Someone just went to look. I will go again tomorrow morning 13 January to check this. I am really unhappy, as how can a store sell expried milk that has to be fed to small babies. This is unheard of and unacceptable. If you cannot sort this out I will have to go to the newspapers unfortunately! Babies can get very ill!
