I bought a kettle about 4 months ago at Dion wired in canal walk, the kettle started to rust and decided to take it back and get our money, instead they have the nerve to tell me you cannot get your money back but take a replacement and the old one needs to go for assessment. This is unacceptable as that is your hard earned money and just as easily they accept your money they should have the proper customer support and service to return your money if the product is still under guarantee. I will not be purchasing any product there in the future
