Unsatisfactory service at Dion Wired Kolonnade

I specially made an effort this morning to go to Dion Wired in Kolonnade to purchase a new Sony Cybershot camera.

I got to the camera counter and was appalled by the weak service there.

The salesperson did not know his product, as he had to read everything off the camera and was not able to mention any of the specification of it off hand.

I asked him, what is in the box and he came back with a "nothing".

I was still busy asking more questions when he started having another discussion with a different customer.

I waited a few minutes with the hope that he will come back to me, but that was futile.

So I left without purchasing a R3000 (just under) camera with accessories.
(I was planning to get a memory card and camera bag)

Please train your staff to be more customers focused.
