ALLEDGE OVERDUE ACCOUNT

Hi there!

My name is Tshepo Mokolobate ID 800803 5506 083. i sent an email to your collection department on 30 December 2013 at around 7pm about this issue.

My card around September was cloned and someone bought fone using my account at Exact Store in Johannesburg CBD. Dispute was declared and ultimately resolved and letter was sent to me by your office attesting to this.

By virtue of dispute being resolved, any reasonable thinking person would expect monthly due amount to have immediately been reduced to initial amount prior to 's shopping spree in your store.

The total due amount is not true reflection of my account and thus request you contact your Dispute Department to look into this flawed statement that has been sent to me.

A collection letter with additional recovery costs have been sent to me with infertile threats of my name to be sent to Credit Bureaus because of lack of communication between your Dispute Department and Accounts Receivable.

I demand that that all this letter of demands/collection be withdrawn immediately and account be sorted in line with account prior to activity.
