Poor quality of 3 Clocks bought

I bought 3 clocks @ R250 each, and when I received them I saw that they are made of cheap plastic and 1 clock was damaged. Poor Quality!

I then emailed them and asked for a refund and was given this stupid excuse:

"Hi Avril, Thank you for your email. Due to your late payment, I had personally gone to the warehouse when your payment came through after the SNC was filed and packed your order. The goods were examined and were in perfect condition. We have also checked with our courier who has also advised that the package was intact upon delivery and no notes of any damage was made on the waybill. The products that you had ordered are exactly as they are portrayed on the Bid or Buy listing and no where does it state anything different to what was sent. As a result, these products cannot be returned. Best Regards, Catherine Thompson"

Its really not my problem that Catherine had to PERSONALLY pack the poor quality clocks!
COLECT YOUR CHEAP PLASTIC CLOCKS AND REFUND MY MONEY!
