Very Disappointed Custome

On Saturday the 27/04/2013, I found out that someone politely used my Edgars account and bought themselves items on my Edgars account. I then lodged a dispute on the 28/04/2013 and I was told that the frauds department will be in contact with me. On the 29/05/2013 my dispute was sorted without any notification to me what so ever. I went in to the Edgars at the Glen Shopping Centre on the 05/06/2013 and was told that i needed to get another card before I can pay my account, I work in Bryanston from Monday to Friday until 18:00 and I work on weekends. How was I expected to get myself a new card, when i myself has to work. I then phoned on the 10/06/2013 to find out what is happening on my account and I then get told that everything has been sorted out but I must pay an overdue instalment amount and a card protection amount. How do you expect me to pay an amount that is not my fault in the 1st place. If i was told before that my Edgars account had been sorted out, I would have paid my account then and there. I'm a very loyal customer to Edgars and I have never skipped a payment.
