Unknown changed my details on the system, physical address and contact details bought a Samsung S3 cellphone at Exact Commissioner Street Johannesburg. All this happen whilst having my card with me and have never lost my ID document. I was able to pick up transaction as flagged by TFG Trade Route Mall contact centre.
I then declared a dispute over two months back and up to date i have not received any feedback even when sending email to TFG contact centre. Every month (this being second) i'm told to pay ridiculuos amount with interest mounting on the account.
Can someone from Markham give me a mere update of their proclaimed investigation.
