My edgars account was used somewhere in polokwane. I went to edgars alberton to fill out their dispute forms! Two weeks later I went to edgars eastgate hoping to pay my balance of 450 and I get told they have not cleared the entire amount that was spent by the and my account still blocked! Now I receive an sms that I'm now to be listed as a slow payer! How dare they! Firstly my account was blocked secondly the dispute has not been fully resolved thirdly proper procedures befire listing a person were not followed! I have paid my balance of 450 while assisted by a nice lady at edfars alberton who was also puzzled by the listing yet tje dispute has not been resolved! I want my name cleared! I've never had a bad credit record ever and edgars is not the only supplier I pay monthly! How dare they! I'm very disgusted by the way this was handled! I must suffer because of some incompetence somewhere either at the store or head office-not clearing the entire amount which was used! And u can't even get through to the number they give u to contact really!!!
