Good day.
I m very disappointed with the call from debt collector. The fact is I lost my card and when I received statement in November that someone bought R5290.00 on 05 nov 2012. I called Foshchini group account department and they advised me to go to police station and make an affidevit which I did and together with that I filled dispute form and submitted to exact store in centurion on 23 rd nove 2012. They said it will take approximately 3 months to resolve the issue.
But then I received 2 calls from accounts department Foshchini group demanding installment on whole amount including the disputed amount.By mean time I paid my account installment which was according to my purchases. I inform the m that I registered the dispute at exact.
Despite those conversation, today I received call from debt collector. To me that is very unprofessional.
Message to you: please check the information on your system before you hand over case to debt collector.
