We bought a bed from Dial a Bed in George, when it came to a problem with the bed, i phoned in the call centre agent logged a call and a rep phoned to say that he would come through to the house to have a look at the bed. The rep came through to have a look at the bed, took photos and we never heard from himself or dial a bed again... been a few months now... i am sleeping on a bed that has collapsed on one side, when we phoned in to find out what was happening with regards to the bed, the person on the other end of the phone, who we have spoken to before, was very rude and when trying to get hold of the rep, well his phone just rang... i am very disgusted in the service we have received, is a phone call to much to ask... all i want is for my bed to be sorted out...
